Lead the equipment manufacturing market with product design engineering expertise and provide a variety of services to meet the needs of low-volume and high-volume manufacturing.
Address the market needs for both custom and Off-the-Shelf (OTS) Equipment that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Focus on reinforcing core designs and capabilities - closing gaps specifically in automation, modular designs and novel technologies.

Co-Founder
Brady Hatcher is the Co-Founder and CEO of Switchback Medical. Brady also is Co-Founder and a Board Member of Thor Medical Automation, Proto Lase, FastWave Medical, BioSim Innovations, LightningCath and Sky Blue Ventures. Brady was a Co-Founder of Big Sky Biomedical and Crossfire Medical and served as Vice President of Operations and General Manager of Vention Medical - Minneapolis.
